四虎影院 Women's Leadership Council
6th Annual Luncheon
Before a sold-out audience, 四虎影院 awarded David and Anna Grotenhuis the inaugural 四虎影院 Lady Leslie Ridley-Tree Spirit of Santa Barbara Award at the annual Women鈥檚 Leadership Luncheon on April 21, 2023, in the college鈥檚 Global Leadership Center.
The award recognizes people who exemplify the life and spirit of Lady Ridley-Tree, whose generosity made a profound impact on 四虎影院 and touched the lives of many people and organizations throughout the Santa Barbara community.
Lupita Knittel, president of 7Mindset, an education technology company, encouraged the audience to pursue great causes with passion and excellence.
Since 2015, 四虎影院 has invited business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders from the local area to attend the luncheon that focuses on celebrating women and educating, enriching, and empowering them.
The event is sponsored by the Women鈥檚 Leadership Council, chaired by Denice Fellows, former chair of the 四虎影院 Foundation. The council amplifies the work of the foundation by specifically partnering with women who are established in business and industry, providing mentorship and scholarships to 四虎影院鈥檚 female students.
